Please read these terms before using inME ai. They set out what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of inme-ai.net and the inME ai companion experience. By using the site you agree to be bound by them.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, to use inME ai. Using the site confirms that you meet this requirement.
3. Definitions
In these terms, “inME ai”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of this website; “you” means the person using it; “service” means the site and everything offered on it.
4. Nature of the service
inME ai provides entertainment through fictional companion characters. It is not a dating service, an introduction agency, or a route to contact any real person.
5. Fictional characters
All names, ages, biographies and images on inME ai belong to invented characters. Any resemblance to a real individual is unintended and coincidental.
6. No professional advice
Nothing produced within inME ai is professional advice. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, psychological, financial or safety decisions.
7. Account responsibility
If access requires credentials, you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for all activity that takes place under them.
8. Accurate information
You agree that any information you provide to inME ai is accurate and that you will keep it up to date where relevant.
9. Acceptable use
You agree to use inME ai lawfully and respectfully, and not to use it in any way that could damage, disable or impair the service.
10. Prohibited content
You must not submit content that is illegal, involves minors, promotes violence or hatred, infringes rights, or breaches any applicable law.
11. Prohibited conduct
Scraping, reverse engineering, automated access, security probing, and attempts to bypass technical limits of inME ai are not permitted.
12. Interference with the service
You must not introduce malware, overload our infrastructure, or interfere with other users' access to inME ai.
13. Intellectual property
The design, text, character profiles, imagery, code and branding of inME ai are protected by intellectual property law and remain our property or that of our licensors.
14. Limited licence to you
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access inME ai for your own non-commercial use.
15. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit and grant inME ai a licence to process it as necessary to operate the service.
16. Feedback
If you send suggestions about inME ai, we may use them freely and without obligation, compensation or attribution.
17. Availability
We aim to keep inME ai available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates and outages can occur.
18. Changes to the service
We may add, modify or remove features of inME ai, including companion characters, at any time and without individual notice.
19. Third-party links and services
inME ai may link to third-party sites and services. Your use of those is governed by their own terms, and we accept no responsibility for them.
20. Fees and payments
Where paid features are offered in connection with inME ai, the applicable price, billing cycle and cancellation conditions are shown before purchase.
21. Refunds
Unless otherwise required by law or stated at the point of purchase, payments for digital access are non-refundable once access has been provided.
22. Cancellation by you
You may stop using inME ai at any time, and where a subscription exists you may cancel it in accordance with the terms shown at purchase.
23. Suspension and termination by us
We may suspend or terminate access to inME ai if these terms are breached, if we suspect abuse, or if required by law.
24. Disclaimer of warranties
inME ai is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
25. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, inME ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
26. Maximum liability
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to inME ai in the twelve months preceding the claim.
27. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify inME ai against claims, losses and expenses arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.
28. Privacy
Use of inME ai is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled.
29. Local law compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that using inME ai is lawful where you are located, and you must stop using it if it is not.
30. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages, natural events and government action.
31. Severability
If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
32. No waiver
A failure by inME ai to enforce any provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
33. Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these terms. We may assign ours in connection with a reorganisation or transfer of the service.
34. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service. Continued use of inME ai after publication of an updated version constitutes acceptance of it.
35. Entire agreement and contact
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and inME ai. Questions can be sent through the contact route published on the site.
